When given the choice, some individuals opt to forgo instant gratification if it means they can get a better reward down the line. Each animal was presented with two chambers—one containing an immediately available morsel of raw king prawn, a so-so snack in the eyes of a cuttlefish. The other was baited with live grass shrimp, a more desirable option, but one that was available only after a delay. In the future, Schnell and her team plan to broaden the battery of tests to explore that connection further. Like humans, however, not every cuttlefish was a star pupil. “You do get the impatient ones,” says Schnell. “There was one cuttlefish that would squirt me with her siphon repeatedly until I would come over to feed her. 4.2下午6:20核酸檢測(cè)
4月2日仲崇霓值班檢查情況匯報(bào):早讀正常,但依然有部分同學(xué)打瞌睡,第一節(jié)3班馬天龍同學(xué)鬧肚子在衛(wèi)生間,其他幾節(jié)課正常,只是第四節(jié)自習(xí)課,發(fā)現(xiàn)有的同學(xué)又躺了下來(lái)。下午部分班級(jí)有同學(xué)遲到。7班第一節(jié)和下午第二節(jié),五班第四節(jié),九班第五節(jié)和下午第八節(jié),是以上三個(gè)班的物理課統(tǒng)一利用晚上集中在7班和五班教室上,2班和3班明天語(yǔ)文課改在今晚七點(diǎn)四十在3班教室集中上,10班下午語(yǔ)文課也改在第一節(jié)晚自習(xí)時(shí)間上,又因?yàn)楹怂釞z測(cè)影響,部分同學(xué)在第二節(jié)晚自習(xí)去教室看回放,另外五位學(xué)日語(yǔ)同學(xué)集中在4班教室完成作業(yè),通過(guò)每班一位同學(xué)對(duì)各自班級(jí)從早讀到下午放學(xué)考勤及聽(tīng)課狀態(tài)記錄反饋情況來(lái)看,1、2、3、4、8、12、13、14幾個(gè)班整體表現(xiàn)較好,6班郭思彤下午政治課缺席,9班阿力木江課上睡覺(jué)、10班的阿卜拉同學(xué)下午遲到10分鐘。11班王希仁和阿卜杜拉兩位同學(xué)下午第一節(jié)物理答疑課和第二節(jié)語(yǔ)文課缺席,另外7班同學(xué)上下午大課間能參加室外運(yùn)動(dòng)。蔣捍校長(zhǎng)和年級(jí)丁進(jìn)主任多次過(guò)來(lái)巡視,對(duì)課堂存在的不良現(xiàn)象及時(shí)給予提醒糾正。晚飯后六點(diǎn)二十分新疆1班9位同學(xué)、新疆2班28位同學(xué)在校前區(qū)等候核酸檢測(cè),高麗麗老師負(fù)責(zé)把檢測(cè)采樣碼打出來(lái),和王子冬老師一起分發(fā)到每位同學(xué)手里,趙士波校長(zhǎng)也來(lái)到新疆學(xué)生現(xiàn)場(chǎng)查看,吳海軍校長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)的高三師生也在同步進(jìn)行。每天的核酸人員安排,規(guī)劃布局忙壞了學(xué)生部劉澗主任,民族部的尹海生主任也是每天從早到晚,帶領(lǐng)自管會(huì)同學(xué)不間斷地進(jìn)行宿舍整理及衛(wèi)生檢查評(píng)比,既保證了優(yōu)美的環(huán)境,又杜絕了懶床現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,還經(jīng)常讓食堂的飯菜花樣豐富,味道鮮美;對(duì)兩位年級(jí)主任提出把手機(jī)統(tǒng)一管理,集中自習(xí),來(lái)到教室看到同學(xué)們安靜的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,心中總算放下了困擾其很久的大難題。原定于新疆班物理課輔導(dǎo)從而擱淺,過(guò)來(lái)上課的劉書(shū)寧老師只好無(wú)功而返。除了分散在外的同學(xué),其他均在教室安靜自習(xí),一班有王小倫老師看管,我在2班教室陪伴同學(xué)們一起看書(shū)學(xué)習(xí)作業(yè)。把原來(lái)放在手邊一直未讀的稻盛和夫著的《心》,透徹地讀了一遍。擁有純潔美好的心靈,就能開(kāi)拓與之相應(yīng)的豐富、精彩的人生。認(rèn)真投入每天的工作,堅(jiān)持不懈地拼命努力,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,心性自然得到磨煉,人格自然獲得提升,靈魂自然會(huì)成長(zhǎng)得更加美麗,這就是我們?nèi)松氖滓饬x。而且要始終心懷感恩,謙虛律己,同時(shí),不忘對(duì)他人施以關(guān)愛(ài)和善意,這樣的心態(tài)就是吸引美好現(xiàn)實(shí)的原因。磨練心性,提升人格。同時(shí)對(duì)檢查過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題分別在兩個(gè)班里作了強(qiáng)調(diào),希望同學(xué)們能做到無(wú)需提醒的自覺(jué),把明天上午半天的課善始善終,下午再開(kāi)心玩耍。還找來(lái)部分同學(xué)分別談心,督促改正。
