話不多說!直接開始吧!
要想分清/s/和/z/的區(qū)別,首先我們需要明確的概念就是音標(biāo)里面,分清輔音和濁輔音。
二者的區(qū)別在于,我們在發(fā)清音的時(shí)候,聲帶是不振動(dòng)的!而發(fā)濁音的時(shí)候,聲帶是需要振動(dòng)的(因此后面我們把元音也歸在了濁音類里面)。這些內(nèi)容呢在大西瓜的技巧課里有更完整和詳盡的講解??!
那么,在單詞末尾加s/es/ies和的時(shí)候如何發(fā)音的規(guī)則需要遵循“遇清則清、遇濁則濁”的準(zhǔn)則。
從字面不難看出,這些后綴,在遇到單詞末尾是清輔音的時(shí)候,發(fā)相對應(yīng)的清音/s/;在遇到單詞末尾是濁輔音和元音發(fā)音的時(shí)候,發(fā)相對應(yīng)的濁輔音/z/。
接下來我們先來梳理一下幾種發(fā)音情況:
1. 發(fā)濁音/z/——適用于所有的濁輔音和元音發(fā)音結(jié)尾的單詞,例如bags, leaves, words
2. 發(fā)清音/s/——適用于原單詞末尾發(fā)音是表格上面一排(清輔音)里面的(遇到以/t/結(jié)尾的組成/ts/)沒有標(biāo)黃的音,例如cakes, caps, cats。標(biāo)黃的音看下一條
3. 發(fā)/iz/——以/s/, /z/, /?/, /?/, /t?/和/d?/這6個(gè)摩擦音結(jié)尾的單詞,因?yàn)榧恿?s/不方便發(fā)音,所以就中間加了一個(gè)/i/來緩和一下,/i/是元音,所以后面是/z/,例如buses, wishes, bridges。
