呂克·圖伊曼斯（Luc Tuymans）

1958年生于比利時(shí)莫特賽爾是當(dāng)代繪畫界最具影響力的畫家之一,善于將攝影及影像視覺圖伊曼斯的第一個(gè)展覽在1985年。他的繪畫擁有強(qiáng)烈的隱喻性，技法上是攝影，電視和電影等媒介的再延伸，并在材料上進(jìn)行修剪，取景，排序有時(shí)甚至還有近距離的特寫等。他的繪畫色調(diào)單一，題材廣泛的從歷史事件到觸目可見的物品，比如從剛果的比利時(shí)殖民歷史題材到日常生活用品的描繪等，有些繪畫也具有抽象性。有段時(shí)間他還拋棄了繪畫轉(zhuǎn)行拍攝影片。

圖伊曼斯是為數(shù)不少的當(dāng)代畫家，在很多藝術(shù)家都認(rèn)為繪畫是保守且不能再充分體現(xiàn)當(dāng)今信息膨脹的內(nèi)容時(shí)，圖伊曼斯仍孜孜不倦地在畫布上創(chuàng)作。他嘗試去挑戰(zhàn)很多人認(rèn)為的繪畫是與當(dāng)代藝術(shù)語言脫節(jié)的古老形式。

他的繪畫圖像模糊不清，不直接交待場景和內(nèi)容，通過各種暗喻給人曖昧不定的，對(duì)于細(xì)節(jié)和支離破碎的事物的聯(lián)想。也許就如他說的：“好的畫作應(yīng)該具有于無聲處聽驚雷的力量?！?/span>
