法律英語(yǔ)中有這樣幾組特殊的詞，從形式上看，它們是單復(fù)數(shù)關(guān)系，但其實(shí)卻不能簡(jiǎn)單的認(rèn)為它們是單復(fù)數(shù)關(guān)系。比如，damage本身的含義是“損害”，而damages卻是“損害賠償金”，意思是完全不同的；還有一組security與securities，security本身是“擔(dān)?！保鴖ecurities卻是“證券”，意思也是完全不一樣的，因此大家使用的時(shí)候要特別注意，不要認(rèn)為這只是單復(fù)數(shù)方面的問(wèn)題。

damage損害

XXX agrees to indemnify in full and hold harmless Sponsor and its Affiliates, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any loss, expense, cost, liability, damage, or claim by third parties for personal injury, including death, property damage that arises out of the negligence or willful misconduct of any XXX employee, agent, or subcontractor.

If any breach or violation of the provisions of Clause 11.1 occurs, the Restricted Persons and the Buyer agree that damages alone are likely not sufficient compensation and that injunctive relief isreasonable and is likely to be essential to safeguard the interests of the Buyer and of any Group Companies and that injunctive relief may (subject to the discretion ofthe courts) be obtained.

如果違反第11.1條的規(guī)定，受限人士和買方同意，僅有損害賠償金可能無(wú)法構(gòu)成充分賠償，禁令救濟(jì)是合理的，對(duì)于保護(hù)買方和任何集團(tuán)公司的利益而言，禁令救濟(jì)可能至關(guān)重要，可以獲得禁令救濟(jì)（受制于法院的自由裁量權(quán)）。
