連日來，多地對新冠肺炎疫情防控措施進行調(diào)整，逐步恢復生產(chǎn)生活秩序，并競相“層層減碼”，進一步優(yōu)化完善防控舉措。

一夜之間，核酸亭撤去了，一些人，一些地方開始出現(xiàn)讓人后怕的歡呼。另一些地方則還在警惕的觀望。那些全面放開的城市，也就是既撤銷了核酸點，公共場所又不查驗核酸證明的城市，人間煙火味日漸明顯。

有網(wǎng)友說：看著撤銷了核酸點、小區(qū)門口不再攔著掃碼出示行程卡，突然有點恍惚，大家自由出行的日子好像是很久之前的事了。

明確四方（即地方、直管部門、用人單位、個人）的責任，不得采取過多的政策措施。

take excessive policy steps, 義為“采取/實施過多/過分的政策措施”，釋譯了“層層加碼”的意思。
