1 范圍

本文件規(guī)定了空氣凈化器的術(shù)語和定義、分類與型號命名、要求、試驗(yàn)條件、試驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則、 標(biāo)志、使用說明、包裝、運(yùn)輸及貯存。

注 1：本文件涉及的空氣凈化器包含獨(dú)立的空氣凈化器具及各類空氣凈化模塊。

本文件適用于對顆粒物、氣態(tài)污染物、微生物（細(xì)菌、真菌、病毒）、異味、過敏原等上述一種或 多種目標(biāo)污染物具有去除功能的家用和類似用途的空氣凈化器（以下簡稱“凈化器”）。

本文件適用于但不限于下述工作原理的凈化器：過濾式、吸附式、絡(luò)合式、化學(xué)催化式、光催化式、 靜電式、等離子式、復(fù)合式等。

注 2：復(fù)合式指采用兩種或兩種以上凈化原理，可去除一種或一種以上空氣污染物的凈化器。

注 3：帶有空氣凈化功能并且不是產(chǎn)品主要功能的，例如，空調(diào)器、除濕機(jī)、新風(fēng)機(jī)、風(fēng)扇、加濕器、暖風(fēng)機(jī)、吸 塵器等家電產(chǎn)品，其空氣凈化功能部分的評價(jià)可參考本文件的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。

下列產(chǎn)品可參考本文件執(zhí)行：

——小型、便攜式凈化器，乘用車凈化器；

——風(fēng)道式凈化裝置及其他類似的凈化器。 本文件不適用于：

——專為工業(yè)用途而設(shè)計(jì)的凈化器；

——在腐蝕性和爆炸性氣體（如粉塵、蒸氣和瓦斯氣體）特殊環(huán)境場所使用的凈化器；

——專為醫(yī)療用途設(shè)計(jì)的凈化器。

3 術(shù)語和定義

下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。

3.1

空氣凈化器 air cleaner

對室內(nèi)空氣中一種或多種目標(biāo)污染物具有一定去除能力的家用和類似用途電器或模塊，且本功能

是產(chǎn)品的主要功能。

3.2

目標(biāo)污染物 target pollutant

成份構(gòu)成明確的空氣污染物。 本文件涉及顆粒物、氣態(tài)污染物、微生物、過敏原、異味等。

注 1：顆粒物是指懸浮在空氣中的固態(tài)、液態(tài) 或固態(tài)和液態(tài)的顆粒物狀物質(zhì)（如粉塵、煙、霧等）。

注 2：氣態(tài)污染物指（室內(nèi)空氣環(huán)境中）對人類或生物有害的多組分或單一成分的氣態(tài)化學(xué)物質(zhì)。

注 3：微生物是指個(gè)體難以用肉眼觀察的一切微小生物的統(tǒng)稱，本文件所指微生物包括細(xì)菌、真菌、病毒。

注 4：過敏原是指能夠引發(fā)人體產(chǎn)生過敏反應(yīng)的物質(zhì)。

注 5：異味是指具有易引起人們惡心、過敏等反應(yīng)的特殊氣味。

3.3

試驗(yàn)艙 test chamber

用于測定凈化器對空氣中目標(biāo)污染物去除能力的限定空間及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)條件的裝置。

3.4 工作模式

3.4.1

標(biāo)稱模式 rated mode(s)

凈化器標(biāo)稱最佳凈化能力對應(yīng)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行模式。

3.4.2

低噪聲模式 low noise mode(s) 凈化器宣稱的凈化能力低于標(biāo)稱模式、噪聲較低，且持續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的模式。 注：包括凈化器標(biāo)注的“夜間模式”“睡眠模式”“靜音模式”等。

3.4.3

自動(dòng)模式 auto mode(s)

在無人為操作下，凈化器依靠傳感器、算法等能實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)運(yùn)行檔位的運(yùn)行模式。

3.4.4

關(guān)機(jī)模式 off mode(s)

當(dāng)產(chǎn)品的供電裝置連接到主電源時(shí)，未出現(xiàn)待機(jī)模式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式、或活躍模式，且狀態(tài)持續(xù)的 任何產(chǎn)品模式。僅提示用戶產(chǎn)品是在關(guān)機(jī)位置的指示器，包括在關(guān)機(jī)模式的類別中。

3.4.5

待機(jī)模式 standby mode(s)

凈化器在連接到主電源時(shí)，提供以下一種或多種面向用戶功能或保護(hù)功能，且為持續(xù)的任何產(chǎn) 品模式。

——可以通過觸發(fā)遠(yuǎn)程開關(guān)（包括遠(yuǎn)程控制），內(nèi)部傳感器，定時(shí)器來觸發(fā)其他模式（包括活躍 模式開啟或停止）；

——持續(xù)功能：信息或包含時(shí)鐘的狀態(tài)顯示；

——持續(xù)功能：基于傳感器功能。

3.4.6

網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式 network mode(s)

凈化器在連接到主電源并且至少有一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能已經(jīng)開啟（例如通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)命令或者完整的網(wǎng)絡(luò) 通信來重新啟動(dòng)）但是主要功能尚未啟動(dòng)的產(chǎn)品模式。

3.5

待機(jī)功率 standby power 凈化器在關(guān)機(jī)、待機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式下對應(yīng)消耗的功率。 注：單位為瓦特（W）。

3.6

總衰減 total decay

在規(guī)定空間及條件下，由于自然衰減和凈化器凈化運(yùn)行的共同作用，導(dǎo)致空氣中的目標(biāo)污染物濃度的降低。

注：自然衰減是指在規(guī)定空間及條件下，由于沉降、附聚、表面沉積、化學(xué)反應(yīng)和空氣交換等非人為因素，導(dǎo)致 空氣中的目標(biāo)污染物濃度的降低。

3.7

潔凈空氣量 clean air delivery rate；CADR

凈化器在標(biāo)稱模式規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)條件下，針對目標(biāo)污染物（顆粒物和氣態(tài)污染物）凈化能力的參數(shù)；

表示凈化器提供潔凈空氣的速率。

注：單位為立方米每小時(shí)（m3/h）。

3.8

累積凈化量 cumulate clean mass；CCM

凈化器在標(biāo)稱模式和規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)條件下，針對目標(biāo)污染物（顆粒物和氣態(tài)污染物）累積凈化能力的參數(shù)；表示凈化器的潔凈空氣量衰減至初始值 50%時(shí)，累積凈化處理的目標(biāo)污染物總質(zhì)量。

注：單位為毫克（mg）。

凈化能效 cleaning energy efficiency

η 凈化器在標(biāo)稱模式下單位功耗所產(chǎn)生的潔凈空氣量。 注：單位為立方米每瓦特小時(shí)[m3/（W·h）]。

4 分類與型號命名

4.1 分類

4.1.1 根據(jù)凈化原理分類

根據(jù)凈化技術(shù)，凈化器可以分為但不限于以下幾類：

——過濾式;

——靜電式；

——催化式；

——等離子式；

——物理或化學(xué)吸附式；

——臭氧式；

4.1.2 根據(jù)安裝（使用）方式分類

Air cleaner

1 Scope

This document specifies the air cleaner in terms of terms and definitions, classification, model and designation, requirements, test conditions, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage.

Note 1: The air cleaners involved in this document include independent ones and various air purification modules.

This document is applicable to air cleaners for household and similar uses with certain removal capacity for one or more than one kinds of target pollutants such as particulate matters, chemical (gaseous) pollutants, microorganisms (bacteria, fungi and viruses), peculiar smell and allergen (hereinafter referred to as “cleaners”).

This document is applicable to, but not limited to, the cleaners in the following working principles: filter, adsorption, complex, chemical catalytic, photocatalytic, electrostatic, plasma and composite types etc.

Note 2: The composite type refers to the cleaner that is able to remove one or more air pollutants in two or more cleaning principles.

Note 3: The relevant content of this document may also be referenced for the evaluation of air cleaning functions of household appliances which are capable of air cleaning as an auxiliary function, such as air conditioner, dehumidifier, fresh air ventilator, fan, humidifier, warm air blower and vacuum.

This document may be referenced for the following products:

——Small-sized cleaner, portable cleaner and cleaner for the passenger car;

——Duct type cleaning device and other similar cleaners.

This document is not applicable to:

——Cleaners specially designed for industrial use;

——Cleaners for the special environment and locations of corrosive and explosive gas (e.g. dust, vapor and gas);

——Cleaners specially designed for medical use.

3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

3.1

air cleaner

household and similar electrical appliances or modules with certain removal capacity for one or more than one kinds of target pollutants in the indoor air, which is the major function of the product

target pollutant

air pollutants with definite composition

This document covers particulate matter, chemical (gaseous) pollutants, microorganisms, allergens, peculiar smell, etc.

Note 1: Particulate matters refer to solid, liquid or solid-liquid granular material suspending in the air (e.g. dust, fume, mist, etc.).

Note 2: Chemical (gaseous) pollutants refer to multi-component or single-component gaseous chemicals harmful to human beings or organisms (in indoor air).

Note 3: Microorganisms refer to all tiny organisms that are difficult for individuals to observe with naked eyes. Microorganisms referred to in this document include bacteria, fungi and viruses.

Note 4: Allergen refers to substance that causes an anaphylactic reaction in human body.

Note 5: Peculiar smell refers to the special odor that easily causes peoples nausea, allergy and other reactions.

continuous mode for any product, in which standby mode, network mode, or active mode are not available when the supply units is connected to the main power The indicator that prompts the user that the product is in the off position is included in the category of off mode
